The SDK2 version is the Fullbody friendly version! Feel free to try the SDK3 in fullbody, but I've had reports of issues with it.

TOS:
You can:
-Modify, change, retexture the model and avatar.
-Offer paid retexture commission (Does not include base model! Client still has to purchase their own version, you can only provide the texture files)
-Use it in other programs (Beat saber, Neos, although this comes only pre-set up for VRChat)

You can not:
-Resell the mesh, model, avatar, included 4 color variants.
-Claim that you've made it
-Remove the signature tag inside of the chest
